How long does it take to receive a Miss Janna item?
It depends if it is a custom order or a stock item.
All items in the shop are ready to ship out as soon as we have done the packing and delivered your package to the courier. See more under Terms & conditions.
Custom order is an option where we will adjust our pattern after your requirements. Perhaps you require a bult in bra or don’t like halternecks, have different sizes on top and botten or need a shorter/longer torso. We can help you customise your swimwear so it fits the way you want it to. Or if a item is out of stock we can re make it as long as we have the fabric at our studio. Custom orders takes about three weeks as we need to schedule time for production.
What if it does not fit?
No problem, just sent the item back to us and we will ship out a new size.
What if I want to make a full return?
We are confident you will love your Miss Janna swimwear but if not, please write us a note telling us why so we can improve production. Once the item is back with us and has been checked through we will make a full return. Guide to how to make a return is found under the terms & condition section.
Where is the swimwear manufactured?
We make all the sampling in house and then a swimwear manufacturer helps us with production. Check the label to see where your item is made. We only use manufacturing companies within EU. If you see “Made in Sweden” it has been produced by Janna herself.
How do I wash it?
You can easily wash your swimwear in a washing machine at 30°C. Just don’t use softener as it really is not good for your clothes and let it hang dry.
How much is shipping?
55 SEK unless order value is over 800 SEK, then it's free! Even world wide.
Do you have any certificates?
Yes, our Swimwear are OEKO-TEX standard 100 type II certified – meaning they have gone through testings to ensure safety for being worn with direct contact of the skin without any harmfull chemicals in the fabric or dyeing process. AND, GRS (Global recycling standard) certified.
We are also PETA-approved, proving all our products are made without any animal products and totally vegan-friendly.
