Payments and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up in the checkout, including any fees for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment method:
- Within Swede, Finland and Germany you can choose to pay with Klarna. Klarna Checkout maked it easy, flexible and safe to shop online. Confirm your purchase and choose which way to pay. With klarna invoice, Klarna account - or through card or bank transfer.

Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
Skicka lätt with Postnord. Traceable to terminal.
DHL service point - delivery to delivery point.
We ship your goods usually the next day from order confirmation. In case of urgent orders contact us before.
Free shipping over 500 SEK. Under SEK 500, the shipping fee is SEK 39.
Delivery time from shipment sent:
Usually 1-3 days in Sweden, 3-7 days in Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe.
Conditions for delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase at delivery delays. We will do everything we can to complete your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfil their commitment to us. We reserve the right to dispense with all remuneration to customers regarding delivery delays.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed the wrong. Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not against postal cash. In case of exchange we will pay the new shipping fee from us to you.

Attach a note with return cause such as "return", "change to size X". Are fields available to enter phone number enter +4670-7515389 so that we can track the shipment.
Return slip for printing at home can be ordered here for 45 SEK, Valid in Sweden only.
If you are sending a return outside of Europe you need to fill in RETURN as a cause on the customs slip and send to Miss Janna/Sustainable Vintage AB(same adress). If failed to do so and we have to pay customs fees these will be deducted from your balance.
Open purchase and exchange right
We follow the Swedish distance contract law, which gives you 14 days of open purchase and exchange right from the receipt of the goods. We appreciate if you tell us why you want to change/cancel your purchase so that we can continue to improve our service to you.
The item should be returned well packaged in its original packaging, in unused condition with labels left.
If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function, we cannot carry out a repurchase.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will pay back what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
When you place your order with us you need to provide some personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL) you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, please contact us by e-mail.
